Documentation:

You are acknowledging and are aware by purchasing a trip from FriendswithFran LLC that it is your responsibility to have a valid passport prior and during the entire duration of travel.

Unless Passport/Visa services are purchased through, FriendswithFran LLC, will not be responsible for advising and/or obtaining required travel forms or documentation for any guest(s). FriendswithFran LLC will bear no responsibility for any delays, damage, loss, and/or stolen travel documentation; improper documentation or custom/government decision at time of entry.

Additional Expense:

By purchasing a trip from FriendswithFran LLC you acknowledge and are aware that it is your responsibility to purchase anything not included in this trip. You understand that thing not included are; any items and matter not referred to in the “included” section, including but not limited to, domestic airfares to and from departing destination, air-related taxes and fees.

Additional fees charged by the airlines such as carry-ons, checked and/or excess baggage, seat selections, and any other services; passport and visa fees; insurance of all kinds; room service, laundry, phone calls.

Optional activities, excursions, experiences, nightlife, and all items of personal nature will be at your/guests expense. Additional taxes and surcharges may be collected by foreign governmental and non governmental entities.

Deposit & Payment:

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. Unless travel insurance is purchased through FriendswithFran LLC; payments after deposit will be refunded back to debit/credit card on file.

All payments must be provided in full on time and date required; partial payment is not considered a completed payment! Unless discussed (4) business days prior to the due date; partial payment/no payment is considered late; late payment is subject to an additional $45 USD late fee (Per Person).

Remaining balance must be paid in full to receive confirmation codes.

If remaining balance is not received by the due date assigned; FriendswithFran LLC has the right to cancel your reservation. Guest deposit and any previous payments will be forfeited; unless travel insurance is purchased. FriendswithFran LLC will not be responsible for lost/canceled reservations.

Itinerary & Unregistered Attendees:

Travel documents will be sent out via PDF format no later than (7) business days prior to departure. Full itineraries containing flight & hotel conformation, should not be shared with others who are not registered attendees. This is to ensure safety, unforeseen cancellations, and exclusive experience’s arranged for registered attendees. By purchasing a trip from FriendswithFran LLC you are acknowledging and aware that the trip details were curated in good faith, but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes do not forfeit the contract between purchaser and seller. Also, acknowledge and agree that there are unforeseen/inherent risks, injuries, and/or death associated with any activities/excursion you may partake in. FriendswithFran LLC will not be held liable/responsible for any unforeseen/inherent risks, injuries, and/or death during said activities. Therefore, you must understand, agree, and assume full responsibility/liability for such an incident/risk that you alone are responsible for participating in such activities/excursions. Vacation proposals may be shared, for those who may wish to book themself but will be considered unregistered attendees by FriendswithFran LLC. Unregistered attendees will be responsible for setting up their own flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, passport, visas, and additional fees.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance covers any unforeseen circumstance that may occur during the trip. FriendswithFran LLC will not be liable in any regard for failure to adequately insure yourself, and agreeing to indemnify/hold FriendswithFran LLC responsible for any expenses or delays incurred as a result of not adequately insuring yourself.

All Deposits are Non-Refundable! NO EXCEPTIONS Travel Insurance will only be refunded for payments made after deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds:

By purchasing a trip from FriendswithFran LLC you acknowledge and are aware in the event of cancellation with no insurance; there are no refunds for any deposits or payments made, regardless of reason.

A copy of this with be provide with every invoice sent via email.
